On 18-Jan-2022, we had a network connectivity issue in one of our components which we are phasing out. The whole infrastructure is covered by monitoring on top of which we have alerting and escalation policies that ensures engineers will respond in a timely manner. The team understood the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes.
